Our products are mostly made-to-order and often take 2 to 3 weeks to ship.

After submitting an order, you have one chance to change to a single item. You can contact us to replace the gemstone with another type, modify the color of gold or metal, and change the size of your ring. 

Yes! We are always willing to support your purchasing process through our email service@kntofficial.com, or you can just click on the box chat at the bottom right corner.

We’re very sorry but you need to order the whole item, including the gemstone and the metal part.

Unfortunately, we only accept jewelry from KNT. We provide a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing flaws for all jewelry purchased. Feel free to contact us if you want to use the service for common defects such as loose prongs, cleaning, rhodium plating, etc.

After the items are crafted, you will receive a tracking number through email to check your order status. If you don’t receive the tracking email or want to know your shipment in more detail, please contact us at service@kntofficial.com.

Unfortunately, we haven’t accepted orders by phone yet. You can only purchase our items through the official website kntofficial.com. If you have any problems while placing orders, contact us at service@kntofficial.com and we will guide you through the steps.

If you cannot find your wanted item on the website, please contact us and we will try to help you.

PAYMENTS

Yes, we will assist you in changing your payment method due to your demand within 1 to 2 business days. 

Yes! You can use buy now pay later (BNPL) apps such as Shop Pay, Klarna, and SplitIt to complete your payment. Note that some services can only apply to residents in the US and Canada.

We also offer in-house finance, dividing your payment into 3 parts. When half of the amount is paid, your jewelry will be manufactured. When it is fully paid, your item will be shipped. Please contact us to choose this kind of payment.

If you choose to pay without a payment plan, your card will be charged immediately after placing an order. You can confirm the transaction status on the app or via online banking. 

If you choose to pay in installments, your money will be deducted from the card every time you pay. As long as you’ve made all payments, there will be no pending amount left in your account.

Discount codes can be applied at checkout to minimize the final cost. Commonly, a discount code can only be used in one order.

If you want to receive your item sooner, please leave a note when filling in purchasing information. We will try our best to support you.

You can return or exchange your item within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

Yes! We want you to feel assured when ordering fine jewelry online and having it shipped. Rest assured, we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your jewelry during shipment.

Your package is insured at no extra charge, providing you with added peace of mind in the unlikely event of loss or theft.

Absolutely! Your package will only be released to you or another trusted individual above the age of 18 upon signing for it. This measure ensures that your order reaches you or a designated person safely.

We recommend being available to receive your package once it's out for delivery. FedEx will make three delivery attempts, and you can also contact them to arrange a suitable delivery time.

When your jewelry is prepared for shipping, it is carefully packaged in a sealed box, without any mention of KNT or Jewelry on the exterior. 

We take great care to ensure that your order is securely packaged during shipment and does not attract undue attention as a valuable item. Our utmost priority is to guarantee the safe delivery of your order to you.

RETURNS & REFUND

We offer a free 30-day return as long as your item is confirmed eligibility by our professionals. You can visit our Return page for more detailed information.

Contact our support team to assist with your return of the item. You will receive a form to complete. We will provide you with an insured shipping label so you may return your jewelry to us within 1-2 business days.

Most products purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

Your refund might be processed within up to 14 days. Only when your product has been received and examined to be in good condition that your refund be processed.

Yes! If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can require an exchange within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

Yes. As long as your product is still in the production phase, you can request to cancel your order.
