Change of Shipping Address

Your shipping address cannot change once the item is prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking email when your order is prepared for shipping. After your order is ready to ship, we cannot guarantee that your request to change address can be fulfilled.Β 

It's important to note that changing the shipping address may result in additional tax fees, which will be invoiced to you. You will be refunded the difference in taxes if it is less than the original shipping tax payment.

A jewelry appraisal is a document that shows the approximate retail value of an item. The main advantage of an appraisal is ensuring that you receive a suitable price when insuring or selling your item(s). We provide free appraisals on all our purchases.

Information includedΒ 

Our appraisal includes information about the quality, quantity, and characteristics of gemstones. In addition to the gemstone’s qualities, an appraisal also includes the craftsmanship, condition, and weight of the entire piece.

After the assessment, you will receive a thorough description, a photo or photos of your object, and an estimated retail value.Β 

Why do I need an appraisal?Β 

Well, while our lifetime warranty covers any issues due to manufacturing, having insurance can protect you further. An appraisal ensures that if anything happens, your insurer will replace your item with something of equal value or give you cash for it. Without an appraisal, you might not get fair compensation for your item if you need to make a claim.

In case there is a loss, theft, or damage, having a detailed appraisal ensures that you can protect your ownership and receive the appropriate compensation. The more information included in your appraisal, the likelier you are to get a fair value of your item.Β 

*We recommend having the entire purchase appraised rather than only the center gemstone unless the metal part of your jewelry piece holds no significant worth.Β 

How to get your piece appraised

As soon as your purchase is complete, we will provide you with a free appraisal. Please contact us at service@kntofficial.com if you'd like an appraisal on items you already own.Β 

30-Day Returns

Most products purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow the provided instructions for returning the purchase in perfect condition. We are not responsible for any lost returns, except for items agreed to be insured.

Some requirements include:

  • Returned items must be intact and in perfect condition.
  • If the jewelry includes a center diamond with a corresponding certificate, the original certificate must be included. The KNT Appraisal must also be sent back.
  • To qualify for a full refund, customers must ship the order back within one week after receiving a prepaid shipping label.


KNT will determine eligibility for a refund upon receiving your proper return. If eligible, a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Monetary refunds can only be processed while the return is in KNT's possession.

Approximately 14 business days may be required for us to process the return.

Please note that custom-made KNT orders, including engraved items, are not eligible for this return policy and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Most products purchased on our website can be exchanged within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.

KNT will determine the eligibility of the returned item for exchange. Upon receipt, production of the new item will begin, and a refund or invoice will be issued based on the price difference between the original and exchanged items. Monetary refunds can only be processed while the exchanged item is in KNT’s possession.

Exchanges requested after 30 days from the shipping confirmation date are subject to approval at KNT’s sole discretion.

Please note that only one exchange is permitted per purchase, and all exchanges are considered final. Custom-made KNT orders, including engraved items, are not eligible for this return policy and are non-refundable.
